Bad habits that add the pounds

David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding, writing for Men’s Health, have come up with a list of 20 habits that make you fat. I don’t know how many you can identify with but, I managed to relate to numbers 2,3,4,5,7,9,11,15 and 17.  Okay, 9 out of 20 isn’t really that bad, right?

Needless to say, I got some work to do.
